Welcome to the opportunity to participate in the 33rd year of the Surviving Trauma Conference. The longstanding success of the Surviving Trauma Conference proves its reputation for delivering an excellent educational event that is popular with the attendees. At the request of many participants and exhibitors, this year the conference will be held on Thursday and Friday. The conference anticipates a larger attendance this year at the beautiful Hilton Pensacola Beach.

The Surviving Trauma Conference is presented by District 1 EMS Advisory Council. This council is comprised of all the hospitals and pre-hospital agencies in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties in Northwest Florida. Each year 300 plus healthcare professionals from the entire southeastern region attend.

The conference is designed for practicing Surgeons, Emergency Physicians, Residents, Anesthesiologists, Nurses, Pre-hospital Care Providers, and Allied Health personnel. Our outstanding faculty is comprised of locally and nationally recognized experts in the field of trauma and other related topics.
